These terms ensure clarity, quality, and a smooth experience for both you and our team.
DEFINITIONS
“Client” – You, the person booking the service
“Cleaner / Operative” – Our staff or subcontractors
“Service” – Any cleaning service provided by Cabobelle Cleaning Services
BOOKINGS
• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• You must provide accurate property details to receive a correct quote.
• Minimum booking time for domestic cleaning is 2 hours.
• Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning require full property access.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
• All prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on property size, condition, and special requirements.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or card (where available).
• End-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, and one-off services may require partial payment upfront.
• Regular cleaning payments must be made on the same day of each service unless agreed otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50%fee.
• If a cleaner arrives and cannot gain access, this is treated as a late cancellation and may be charged at 100%.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client must ensure:
• Safe access to the property.
• Running water, electricity, and lighting are available.
• Pets are controlled or kept away from hazardous areas.
• Valuables and fragile items are stored safely.
• The property is reasonably tidy before arrival for regular cleaning.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Cabobelle Cleaning Services will:
• Provide trained, vetted, and insured cleaners.
• Use reasonable care and skill in delivering services.
• Notify you if a cleaner is delayed or unable to attend.
• Supply cleaning products and equipment if requested (charges may apply).
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
• Our cleaners are covered by public liability insurance.
• We must be notified of any damage within 24 hours.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear.
• We do not take responsibility for items not securely stored.
• We are not responsible for the natural deterioration of materials (e.g., grout, paint, silicone, fabrics).
END OF TENANCY CLEANING (Specific Terms)
• Property must be empty of tenants and personal items.
• Fridge/freezer must be defrosted before cleaning.
• We cannot guarantee results on old or heavily damaged items.
• If a landlord or agent requests additional cleaning due to missed areas, we offer a free re-clean within 48 hours, subject to photos and reasonable evidence.
DEEP CLEANING TERMS
• Deep cleaning does not include decluttering or rubbish removal unless agreed.
• Access to all areas must be clear and safe.
• Heavy grease, mould, lime scale, or extreme conditions may require extra time/cost.
REGULAR CLEANING TERMS
• Same cleaner is provided where possible, but not guaranteed.
• If your usual cleaner is unavailable, a replacement will be offered.
• The client must provide safe access instructions if they will not be home.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• We cannot move heavy furniture for safety reasons.
• Cleaners will not clean areas considered unsafe (e.g., high shelves without ladders).
• Hazardous materials, waste, or biohazards are not included in standard cleaning services.
COMPLAINTS
• All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
• We will investigate and offer a re-clean where reasonable.
• Photos may be required to support the claim.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• A client behaves abusively or unreasonably.
• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• Repeated late payments or cancellations occur.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy.
Personal information is used solely to provide our services.
We never sell or share your data with third parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
